Our business is growing and as it does, we create positions based on our needs. We are a small company with a vision of growing nationally (i.e., we are building a franchise model currently). Handyman

We are looking for a handyman to join our team. This is an employed position.

The ideal candidate for this position is for someone who likes to work with their hands and be able to step back and appreciate the work they have completed. Currently, we send out two or three handyman to each job site, so no one is ever left alone to perform work.

 

If you are not familiar with the types of handyman projects we do, don't worry, we will train you! We require a valid drivers license and perform drug and background checks.

Office Assistant (FILLED)

This is a work from home position. Pay is based upon experience.  We offer a cell phone reimbursement. This position is primarily phone/internet/email based, other than working an occasional trade show. With our current call volume, this is a part-time position (roughly 20 - 35 hrs/week) with the ability to grow into full-time. The owners will meet face to face with customers as well as bid the project.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer all inbound phone calls

  • Call inbound leads through our lead generation efforts

  • Schedule estimates

  • Follow up with delivered estimates (help win jobs)

  • Conduct need assessments (gather info to help book estimates and close deals)

  • Work trade shows (we have 3 to 4 per year)

  • Follow up with customers once jobs are completed - direct to complete a survey.

  • Keep accurate notes and records

  • Communicate with owners on regular basis

  • Confirm appointments / reschedule when necessary
